Kamwangi PB - Kenya, Drop Coffee | 250g

Flavour description: A silky and juicy cup of coffee. Flavour notes of rhubarb lemonadeand pink grapefruit, and a typical hint of black currant. A silky, custard-like after taste.

This is the second release of Kamwangi for the season, the PB (Peaberry)!

Varietal: SL28, SL34 and Ruiru 11 
Processing: Fully washed. Fermented on 24-36 hours. Dried on raised beds for 15-21 days. 
Harvest: November 2022 to January 2023 
Location: Gichugu division of the Kirinyaga district
Elevation: 1600-1800 masl
Soil: Mainly Nitisol, red volcanic soil. Nitisols occur in highlands and on volcanic steep slopes. They are developed from volcanic rocks and have better chemical and physical properties than other tropical soils.
